Frequently Asked Questions:

* What if I can’t come LIVE to the 4-days?

No problm, the daily LIVES will be pinned to the top of the private FB group for you to watch. The videos will stay up for two weeks and then the group will be archived so you have plenty of time to catch-up on the content and make the most of the challenge

* Will you give us a set / strict plan for movement and nutrition?

No, this is not a challenge where we tell you exactly what to do as that is not realistic or sustainable which is one of the biggest problems with many diets. Instead we will guide you through the core principles and support you to find a way to establish that habit into your life, as everybody’s life has a different rhythm. This way the habit becomes yours and it fits into your day to day life and is sustainable allowing you to keep it up and improve your health and fitness

* Will this work for me?

Absolutely, as you will be orchestrating the habits to work for you. Like everything you will get out of it what you put into it. The more you engage with the challenge and follow-up on the tasks given the more you will gain from it

* What if I have done challenges like this before?

We often slip out of our habits so a refresher is never a bad idea. It’s also like watching a movie again, you often see something you’d not seen the first time as you have a new perspective. It’s only ever going to benefit youHabits are something that you have to work on regularly as you can pick up new ones and just as easily fall out of the habit. It is unlikely that you have all the healthy habits you want ingrained into your daily life and so this 4-day free challenge will be perfect to get you thinking a bit more about the ones you already are doing and how you can tweak them to be even more effective for you as well as introduce new habits that will support you to improve your health and fitness

* What if I’ve got a holiday or other party commitments during the time?

What you will learn will take you beyond your holiday or party engagements. This isn’t a diet so your aren’t on-track or off-track. Holidays will happen again so will birthdays and Christmas this is a lifestyle approach to healthy habits so if you miss a week, you miss a week, but the knowledge you’ll learn will last a lot longer

* Is this a type of diet?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is about learning what simple habits you can add to your daily life to create a healthier lifestyle that will support your health and fitness goals you want to achieve. It doesn’t end after the 4-day challenge it’s just the beginning

* I’ve done kick-starts before and never managed to stick to it, how is this different?

We will work on your mindset and will look at what is behind your struggles with health and fitness. When you are in a supportive and nurturing community you realise you are not alone and many other people struggle with similar things as you. Slowly, by working through the barriers and limiting beliefs you will gain confidence in your abilities and belief in yourself and then exercise and nutrition all fall into place
