MEET THE MICKA’S TRAINING TEAM

Micka’s Training is a family run business, run by husband and wife couple Micka and Sarah in Reading, Bershire. They met in Madagascar and started Micka’s Training in 2016 after observing a problem with the traditional UK gym set-up where members were lacking support and accountability and it was impacting on their health and fitness results.

Our Micka’s Training mantra is “Be inspired, challenge yourself, commit to your goals and you will achieve” focus as much on mindset as it does on exercise and nutrition - these 3 pillars are vital for achieving and maintaining health and fitness results . 

Micka - Co-founder, Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor

Micka is from Madagascar and moved to the UK in 2013. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Micka worked in private gyms and leisure centres but quickly realised the members weren’t being supported as much as he liked. Micka’s Training’s aim is to deliver fun and friendly total body workouts (BoxFit, Bootcamp, Kettlebells, Bodyweight/HIIT) as Micka is passionate about bringing exercise to everyone - all ages and abilities, He loves supporting his clients to fit exercise into their daily life, see how easy healthy habits can be and show them just what amazing results they are capable of!

Sarah - Co-founder, Business Manager

Sarah and Micka met in Madagascar whilst she was working in conservation. After the birth of their son whilst writing-up her PhD the concept of Micka’s Training was born. Sarah runs the administrative side of the business and has invested in her personal development and become our support, accountability and mindset coach.
